Rare and desirable original Vintage Pewter Champagne Ice Bucket for
ancient grower ‘Gosset’ – Champagne of ‘Ay-en-Champagne’ in France
This rare twentieth century French champagne ice bucket is branded Gosset Champagne.
It is oval with two elaborate arching handles.
A fabulous idea for a gift on a special occasion.
The Pewter bucket holds up to 3 bottles and measures 13 inches long x 10 high x 9 deep.
( 32 x 26 x 22 cms)
Made in France under licence by historic metal company L’Orfevrerie d’Anjou.
In good condition with a minimum of natural wear from usage.
Makers Mark on the base of the Cooler, also engraved lettering ‘ETAIN” (Pewter).
