Monopole Heidsieck antique ice bucket, silver-plated copper, with cast tin bull head handles on both sides featuring the champagne house’s tin emblem.
The inscriptions on the tin emblems read:

This bull-headed Monopole Heidsieck vintage ice bucket is a truly special piece for champagne enthusiasts. Metal appliqué antique ice buckets are very popular among collectors, and the bull-headed version is exceptionally sought after. This handle design was the most difficult to create and attach, which is why only a few were made.
This early Art Deco champagne cooler was made around the 1930s by the Parisian company ARGIT. It is a modèle déposé / registered model, and is stamped with the ARGIT mark and the silversmith’s hallmark on the bottom.
The silver plating has almost completely worn off over the past 100 years. There are minor dents at the bottom, but they are not distracting.
In its current state, the worn copper bucket with visible metal details lends a special elegance and classic style to this unique champagne bucket.
There are those who restore and re-silver these antique pieces. We do not agree with this trend.
This champagne ice bucket is a perfect choice for any special occasion in its current condition, or it can also serve as a unique decorative element.
